Below you will find the current payment options within our agency. As some services are non-clinical in nature, these services are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. However, if services are eligible for insurance our current In-Network plans are below.
Private Insurance
Building Foundations accepts most major private insurance.
This includes:
Ambetter
Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield
Champ VA
Optum
TRICARE (Humana Military)
United Healthcare
*Although most plans are included, please check with your insurance provider to ensure I am In-Network with your specific plan.
Payment is due at the time of service.
